We do not offer to do repairs or improvements based on the inspection. This allows us to remain unbiased and independent. With this in mind you can be assured that any report provided is completed with integrity and in line with Compliance requirements.

The average on-site inspection time for a single inspector is 1 ½ to 3 hours depending on the condition and size of the property.

Costs vary depending on the level and type of inspection, the property floor area, property geographical location. A typical range might be $350–$500. See our prices page for more details.

We provide a full written report on any defects with descriptions and full colour photographs. Reports are completed onsite. Once payment is received, a copy of the report will be emailed to you. If you have any questions on what is contained within the report, we are always available to take your call and discuss any concerns you may have.
